My New Year's Resolutions is to be more financially responsible. I was a mess last year at this time, borrowing money from my bank to gamble. This year, I am much more responsible than that.

Homey don't play 'dat.
Don't believe in 'New Year's Resolutions' - really! If you can think of any, then why aren't they already well underway? If you think it and it is positive in nature, do it - makes NO sense to wait for a 'starting date'LOL.

Gonna take up drinking and smoking. Gain some weight and donate more to starving children in third world nations.
Yep, those are my resolutions for the new year.

Try to go back on my healthier weekday diet that I went off of sometime around Thanksgiving.

How do you like them cooked?

Roasted on a spit, barbecued on a grill, baked in a pan or fried in a skillet?

Babies are so soft and tender.  So, whatever way seals in the juices.

My primary resolution is to improve my short-term and mid-term memory -- both were damaged when I had open-brain surgery in 2002.

You'll probably need to go 'upscale' if you want 'Baby - sealed juices'

I'd think that boiling them would make them lose some of their flavor.  The only reason to boil them would be if you're making a soup.  Then, the flavor is in the broth.

If you roast them just right, the skin gets nice & crispy.

Unfortunately, if you're watching your cholesterol intake, you'd have to discard that skin.

Well, I wouldn't have it as a regular dish.

Just a special occasion kind of thing.

I prefer it with the head off.

Like a roasted chicken.

I'd break it apart and cook it into a spaghetti sauce.  Kind of like a Baby Cacciatore.
