I hate the trendy spin they did to this Tchaikovsky song, ugh it's hip hoppy it completely ruins the song
One good thing about TV-you could always turn it off

not a Christmas Song, Tchaikovsky's Dance of the Sugar Plum Fairies.

and yes, this is a rather shameless rape of an otherwise brilliant piece of music.

EDIT: ♪Neener neener neener, I beat Thor!♫

And I just deleted my comment.  Now, I see the song title is in the topic name and the original post was changed.  So, we're both looking a little crazy now.  LOL

Agreed. I'm sick of television pushing hip-hop culture on us. Seems like 75% of commercials today are unnecessarily ghetto. It's also terrible when commercials screw up the rhythm or melody of a pre-existing song just to be unique.

Rap is over 30 years old now, and it hasn't really progressed. Isn't it about time for this tired fad to die now?

Just when you think it can't get any worse it does. This commercial features Dance of The Sugar Plum Fairies being raped in rap music, R&B music, and hip hop music.

This is why I hate modern society. They take a good song/piece of music and rape it.
