Do you guys really buy your food a day or two at a time? Why?

If need be, I have like 4lbs of pasta, a few jars of sauce, cans of soup, cans of peas and beans, frozen mac and cheese, some frozen veggie burgers, a Dollar Tree cheeseburger, and I don't know what else. Oh, I also have a few meals from the hot foods bar at the supermarket. If need be, I could probably go 2 weeks w/o going to the grocery store.

I normally shop for the week either on Sunday or Monday, then shop for the weekend on Friday or Saturday.

But of course, sometimes other events etc, throw off the schedule and I might get behind on some things.

I have to do my big shop for the upcoming week tomorrow.

Thankfully, Don is the best griller I know - whether it be on the gas grill or the Big Green Egg. Luckily, we have a small freezer that is full of cooked meats! I usually only have to prepare some sides to make supper! Ribs, anyone?

Except for needing milk & bread every week or so, I've probably got enough food for 4-5 months (and I still don't know what to make to eat every night... )

Food and eating seem inconvenient to me 

I only eat to stop the hunger pain 

otherwise I could really care less about it 

therefore I often go into the store totally starving as an afterthought 

its not a good idea going to the store when your hungry 

I end up getting stupid things I will never eat 

But I will take Marj up on the ribs ... I do like ribs

I had thought these had gone away, not with a bang, but a whimper. But they're back - with Elton John and Lil (Lil???) Nauseous X. (He was Lil Nas X, but he's nausea-inducing in these ads. Especially watching him ride on a hobby horse like a stupid little kid.) 

I guess I have to go back to my old habit of hitting the mute button every time I hear "Tonight!"
