This is a series of Amica commercials.  They are doing their best to imitate Geico I think.
 
They feature old clips of strange things happening.  For example there is one of a chimp washing a cat and another with Charlie Chaplin character in a car that has a scissor jack that lifts the body of the car to the second floor window.
 
I hope they do more of them, they're pretty funny.
