I agree - the commercial is annoying. Some things should just remain private. If you have a problem with smell, ask a doctor, not a commercial.

I think I figured out what bothers you... it bothers me too. Look at her nose and surrounding area of her face. It might just be skin discoloration, but it looks to me like she's been sniffing a few too many butts, really up close. Wash your face b*itch!

I looked her up. Her name's Shannon Klingman, and she's an OB/GYN in Minnesota. I'm guessing she's about 50.

OK, I just saw a new one of these, where the Lume doc literally demonstrates the application of her anti-stick goop. I no longer think she's cute. She is repulsive.

In every commercial she says "It's outrageously effective". 

Maybe it's just me, but that doesn't sound right. You can say it's "remarkably effective" or it's "incredibly effective", but "outrageously"? Sounds like you're hyping up a product that isn't so great.
