I'm just laying here in bed STILL! At 12:19 in the afternoon. But I worked AND played really hard this week and weekend so, I don't feel too guilty. Besides, I have to do my taxes today, send out photos to clients, rollerblade at one point, (or maybe just think about it), meet up with someone I owe money to and try to find some damn good BBQ ribs!!! Craving them big time. |

mmm...food... *drools* I'm busy as hell right now, what with spring vacation and all...at some point, I may need to get up and hunt down some more food! The horrors! I also feel really guilty about wasting a perfectly fine day just sitting around.

Well, I have been outside on this beautiful day! I'm getting close to having my entomology collection complete! I caught two beetles and a mite today. There are 30-something insect and spider specimens in ziploc bags in my freezer. I never thought I'd say this, but I'm enjoying bug hunting..........
Let's see - around the neighborhood. We had another police incident last Thursday. Guy across the street threatened my husband because my husband looked at him.
 It's been oh-so-very-peaceful since Friday afternoon......Kids, this is what happens when you smoke too much weed. You can get paranoid. If you smoke weed, please smoke in moderation. Thank you.That is all.

Be careful, Mrs. Hill. People here in the SF Bay Area (even in SF itself) have been SHOT for "looking at" someone. This has gotten out of control.And as for the bugs in your freezer, I'm hoping you're careful when you cook!

After 48 hours of advanced accounting, I finally finished our taxes and mailed same.
Also, gave my laptop a good blow (got a can of compressed air). Seems I had more dietary fiber in the keyboard than I did in the average colon. Working very nice now.

I agree, Faith. WAY out of control. Well, the police have been over there twice so far for disturbances. We were assured by the sheriff to keep calling if they keep acting up. I am very proud of my husband - he didn't go off - this time.
 That's what scares me; my husband losing his temper and getting locked up.As for the bugs, well, if we get woolly bears in the stew, hey, they're protein.....

You know what sucks?
Waking up in the middle of the night with a f*ckin full-blown migraine.
I wake up sometime in the night, left side of my head on fire, nausea about, and I think some sort of fever.
Not fun.
It was so bad that my head would hurt like hell if I did anything, like swallow or cough or breathe. Which often happened once I settled back down and the pain began to drift away somewhat.
Thank God, I feel asleep within an hour, and woke up in the morning, nice & not sick.
But I hope that never happens again. Not fun, I tell you what.
edit: if there's a URL for software anywhere in my post, ignore it. I think the spyware in the computer I'm on currently is trying to get us to buy some more. As if interupting my Internet time & cheezing me off is going to get them anywhere...dickwads.
