    Posted: 27 Jan 2011 at 2:44am
I'm pleased to announce a wonderful development.

After 8 years of reviewing Superbowl Ads live on CIH-
8 years of exhausting 6 hour posting marathons, capturing videos,
posting thumbnails and reviews within minutes of airtime,
8 years of hits and misses, talking babies, dumb daddies and those stupid horses...

This year I will be reviewing the Super Bowl ads for Hulu.

Hulu posts videos of the Superbowl ads right after they air,
with unique voting and commenting features.

It's called AdZone, and it's a great place to be during the game.
Of course I like it when you post and comment here as well!

Hulu has a fantastic team working on AdZone and I'm proud to be a part of it.

On Superbowl Sunday, I'll have the Hulu AdZone widget embedded here on CIH.
You can also check it out at http://www.hulu.com/adzone.

Hulu will be posting my wrap-up of last year's ads sometime in the next 2 weeks, and my 2011 Superbowl Ad Reviews should be posted on game night or the following day.

This year, I'll be watching the game and reviewing the ads at Hulu HQ,
so you won't see the usual live updates here on the site,
but I encourage you to create discussions on the ads, and I'll set up a dedicated Superbowl 2011 section here on the forums, as I do every year.

I appreciate all of your support and I always enjoy your comments and participation every Superbowl Sunday.

Thank you all so much, and I look forward to seeing what happens on February 6!

Your ForumAdmin,
Nathan

Hmmm, review Super Bowl commercials for a major company, or review here for the couple dozen members that actually participate at CIH.
I wish Nathan all the best. This may be his foot in the door.

Very cool, Nathan.

LOL at the forum members with hurt feelings. (You guys are kidding, right?) Nathan founded this place, and provides it for us free of charge and without advertising. YAY, Nathan! He certainly deserves some recognition and reward for his commercial-hatin' expertise.

Nathan, that's FANTASTIC!!!  As one who has been with you pretty much every Superbowl for 8 years, I am so proud that you're doing it for Hulu. I love Hulu and you can count on me to be watching tomorrow.

CryI was thinking the same thing...we've been dumped for something better - next thing you know, we'll be sold or abandoned...or both.

Just from mulling about the 3 pages of Reviews Nathan posted here last night - and what looks like 6-8 members that posted, Nathan was the one abandoned. Unhappy

CoolSomthing tells me that the comments are coming...the comments are coming...those members with 'Stupor Bowl' brains attached to their fingers are still in need of H2O, vitamins B & D, and pure oxygen...if not concentrated pituitary and thyroid extracts to jump-start...

Best of luck to you. Watched the whole lot at Hulu and for the most part, the ads were BORING! SOS, all trying to be like an assembly line big box office summer movie with the high quality sound and gee wiz special effects but lacking any imagination. Best were the doggy commercials and though I am not a Chrysler fan, that commercial was very good. Worst was the Bieber spot; send that fruit back to Canada. And the claymation with M & M and that crapper wrapper were just plain annoying. I guess its Madison Avenue dumbing down America.Sleepy
PS: That Android thingy is the new "Office Clippy." It sucks!Angry
