We all have seen the commercial that attempts to be cute by tugging at our heart stings and reminding us how it was when we were little kids running around the playground not understanding the concept of boyfriend/girlfriend, right? You know, the one that Subway does with Samantha and Todd. Well, if not here's the skinny: They have adults acting as if kids would where the girl takes advantage of the boy for his naivety and she talks him into being her boyfriend and "shares" his sandwich with her (when in actuality she just takes all of it for herself).  Well, this is done with kid's voices over laid of theirs to make the whole situation cute and laughable (being sarcastic here).

But, Did you know there is a radio version? No? Well, it's just like the commercials on the television... but it's with their real voices. WTH!? This doesn't make sense as the joke doesn't translate well. It sounds as if these adults are just "acting" as kids as opposed to actually having the punchline being their voices are dubbed over kids too.

Those commercials were annoying and still are.

These commercials make me so angry! They just remind me of the girls that went out of their way to try and make my life hell while I was in elementary and middle school.

Ugh...Angry

Yup.  I've heard them.  I think I might've even mentioned it in one of the threads.  I said pretty much exactly what you said.  It doesn't work...kind of in the same way that the TV versions wouldn't work for the blind.
