Not on YouTube yet, and I tried looking on iSpot and it isn't there either, or so it seems.

For those not in the know, the "Flatizza" is Subway's new flatbread personal pizza.  Not only is "Flatizza" the DUMBEST name I can think of for a food item (it sounds like something an elementary-school student would come up with, only worse), the commercial is sh*t.  In what seems to be a reference to "A Streetcar Named Desire," we see a guy wandering around in the rain late at night yelling "FLATIZZA!  FLATIZZA!" and finally a crabby old lady shuffles outside to tell him to shut up and that Subway will be open again tomorrow.Thumbs DownWacko

LOL We shall see!  I'm having one for dinner tonight.  However, it was the billboards up for it all over the place, and not this horrid TV commercial, that convinced me to give it a try.

I might try it. I have a Subway gift card and have been disappointed by their sandwiches. I have had pretty good luck with a flour tortilla, sauce and toppings.

Sounds pretty crappy. I'm guessing they take a pre-made flatbread, cover it in red sauce (most likely from the same warming tub they keep the meatballs in), put a little sliced cheese and toppings, and pop it in that thing they call an oven.

If I want pizza, I'll go to a place that makes fresh dough and uses an actual pizza oven.

They should stick to subs. They aren't that great, but I don't go to Subway for pizza.

It's all part of the flatbread bandwagon restaurants have to hop on to make a buck.

It wasn't too bad actually... not quality pizza by any stretch, but better than gas station pizza.  The commercial is still garbage.

^I think someone here told a story where there actually WAS a sushi shop attached to a gas station.

I was actually thinking of all those Speedway gas station commercials where they advertise their "fresh and hot" pizza.  They never say it's any good (because it isn't), only that it's hot and you can get it fast.  Frankly I'd rather spend a few bucks to order a quality pizza or even buy the ingredients for homemade.
