These children look so happy and brave but im sure they cry because of their lifelong strugles. People must stare at them. I want to see the families that are stressed out by the burdens of taking care of their children.

I don't think it's so skewed.  Whenever I see these kids, I think that right now, they have a great support system, great families, maybe even a little celebrity from appearing on TV.  But when that goes away, and they're a little older and face the cruelty of adolescents and teenagers, and when they can't do things the way the other kids do (let alone try to get a date), reality may not be so great.

And how's the armless kid gonna jerk off?  Mom or Dad or the nurses at Shriner's Hospital may not necessarily wanna help with that.

^No no no...jerking off is probably a nasty little job that just washes away. *I* think 'Little Andy Armless' probably has a harder time getting someone to wipe his butt, especially after being fed a heaping helping of saucy 'Beanie Weenies'.

Easy:  Just install a bidet, and a pocket-pussy w/ wall suction cup for the "armless jerkoff experience".

Not that I would have experience in either of those, but there's a market for everything.

Bidet is too gentle.
Maybe replace the blender blade with a corn cob, 2 fake on-off buttons, one live one, 3 participants (no feelings of guilt) to spin the spine...
