I grew up hearing his voice announce some of my most favorite shows of all time:

The Joker's Wild
Tic Tac Dough
Wheel Of Fortune (1980s and 1990s)
Hot (SSSSS!) Potato!
TV Bloopers and Practical Jokes

Another legend that can never be replaced is gone.

He had a great voice, which is rare nowadays for a TV show, esp. a game show.

He was doing Wheel up until this season, and will be missed. I think the only old-school traditional announcer remaining is Johnny Gilbert on "Jeopardy", who strangely enough, is doing the announcing on Wheel for Charlie (coincidence, this was of course taped weeks in advance).
