Doris Day has to be my least favourite Hollywood actresses of all time. The stupid, corny songs she used to sing were horrible when she sang them in her lousy films during the 50's and 60's, and they haven't aged very well.
I hate this ad!

I'm with My Friend The Chef on this one - and THANK YOU, Jimmy! I was wondering who was singing that mess. It immediately reminded me of why 'Family Night' wasn't always fun with my folks. They liked Doris Day which made 'Sunday Family Night at Home' something to dread...

ShockedI always thought muppet-lovers were over-sensitive homos<bzzzzzt!poor.choice.of.words>'light in the loafers'-types.
One of my early co-workers was a muppet-lover from New Orleans. I only found out because a manly-girl who liked him followed him home for lunch and took advantage of him, but came back babbling something about 'no more Grover'. Well, anyway - I got him fired, but the next co-worker was worse. He always snuck home after calling in 'Senior Discount Meals' at Wendy's and then picking them up late for the additional 'expired food' discount. He would watch Jack LaLanne. His wife put up with it because she always got Wendyburgers. Love may be a fickle thing, but science isn't, so he had to go. Me? I was always too slick for all of that and caught it early when my parents realized Doris Day did NOTHING for me during my formative years and tried to slide me over to Shari Lewis and Lambchop.

WinkTongueI DID want to make a point that if you are sneaking a girly into a house nobody lives in yet, chances are pretty good you have the Viagra-thing covered

The only "adult" Muppet lovers I knew were pot heads. Probably the main reason I never got into the stuff.

WinkYou've hit the main point, Sarge - adult 'muppet lovers' are not stable people.

Thanks to you guys, the oodles of times I see this commercial, the only thing I hear is "You Make My Heart Erect".  P.S. there's a short version without the phrase.

Decades TV had another binge weekend featuring her lame limp wristed comedy from the late 60's. She has that breathy creepy semi vocal fry voice. For whatever reason Decades loves to stick us with Doris Day Binge weekends several times a year. And they have such a great library of old shows. The only thing I respect about DD. is her love for animals.

An awful theme to an awful show. When she hops in San Fran Sicko in those dorky socks!
