You know, I get it...and the idea is clever...but it's WAY WAY WAY TOO LONG for its own good.

I've only seen this a few times and I'm at the point where I have to change the channel when it comes on. Too tedious.

Can't Molly invent a way to make it much shorter?

The problem with this ad (aside from the whole smug "putting nerds on pedestals" thing that we never seem to stop seeing now) is that I DO NOT TRUST a computer to perform the safety inspections on new jet engines. That needs to be done with trained human eyes!

I'm more concerned with Molly's parents. By now you think they'd catch on with her inventive nature:

Dad: "Molly! Tra——" (sound of trashbag successfully landing in bin cuts him off mid-sentence) "Ohhhh, what's the use?"

Gawd I despise these "girl power" commercials.

I understand how and why they want to try to encourage girls to get interested in science and engineering etc, but do they have to be so damned smarmy about it????

And honestly, everybody knows there are no little girls like that in real life.

Yeah sure, little Molly invented the pulley system. Oh wait, I remember seeing pictures of inner city tenements back around the early 20th century where people used pulleys with their clotheslines stretched in between the buildings so they could hang out and bring in their washing.

Real "original" hundred years old idea there, Molly. <sarcasm>

LOL at the Molly McButter ad. It's hard to take those 80s ads so seriously!

Their version of the craft uses GP7200 engines, a giant turbofan built by General Electric and Pratt and Whitney of the US.

Agreed!
They seem totally aware of their daughter.
Wonder how long she would have been missing before the 'Amber Alert' went out...think maybe the next time the trash needed to go out?
