Pedigree dumped by Westminster

   Since 25% of dogs in animal shelters are pure breed, this action really pisses me off.  I always thought it was the least the AKC could do to try and make up for the fact that some (I didn't say "all" or "most" so don't get p*ssy) shelter dogs don't get adopted because owners go get a pure bred.  I have pure bred dogs--they are both from rescue groups.

	I'm ambivalent on that decision. I always change the channel when those commercials come on, too. But I think they serve a good purpose.
