This is how to do a yoghurt commercial. No pretend world where men don't eat yoghurt, and it's actually trying to be funny instead of boring us with bowel movements and diet crap. It still panders to women as she's the dominant one, but a step in the right direction. |

Something about it bothers me, because I swear I saw a Japanese commercial exactly like it a few years ago.
But it is a pretty good commercial. I've only seen it once so far, so it hasn't become annoying.

For the next ad, they should switch the roles, with Stamos headbutting her. I wonder how well that would go over....
Codtaro, you have seen this ad before, it was for 7up. I can't be bothered to link the video, but its easy to find. Oh, and Dannon is in hot water for the music in this ad, apparently it's a blatant rip-off of an Australian song. So yeah, pretty much a terrible ad from every possible angle. |
