Why would you be pissed about the dave stories? Dave happens to be Gay, but I am not writing the stories in my own firsthand experience. For example, I can see her being upset if I wrote, "I went to the beach with Eric, my lover. Eric said, "Donathan, I am so glad we're boyfriends. You make me so happy." I replied, "I am glad to have you in my life. Eric and I kissed a long kiss, and then Eric and I strolled along the beach holding hands."
But, it's written in some fictional character named dave's point of view. Not mibne, so she should not be upset.

My wife shouldn;'t be upset at all. if she feels threatened by a FICTIONAL GAY BOY, she's got serious deep-rooted problems. Dave is made up, and poses no real concern for her. Now, I can see her being upset if I was writing sex erotica about a real-life woman, that would be understandable. but for her to be upset over a made up boy is ridiculous....
