And just when I thought it couldn't get more annoying than "hello, hello, helloo" every time I hear this auditory nuclear blitzkrieg I reflexively urge to yank the radio out of my wall and pummel myself to a coma.  The commercial features two of your typical middle-aged Indian Tech Experts (aka virgins) on what appears to be your run of the mill local cable access television show named "Tech & Talk" (VERY witty, I must say).  It features attempted comedic banter as they take phone calls from dolty cell phone users who have typical problems with their wireless plans, chastising them in annoyingly idiotic Indian idioms and recommending to the moron to switch to MetroPCS.

The only "futile strategy" implemented here is featuring Indian men with dumb accents selling an American product with American corporations increasingly employing outsourcing during tumultuous economic times.  If an Indian man says more than "yes please, sir" it becomes more annoying than funny.  And the whole Tech idea is stupid - if I wanted to listen to Indian men praise technology, I'd simply eavesdrop on one masturbating

Doesn't that ad seem oddly racist to anyone besides me?

Or slightly?
Is this love big enough to watch over me?
Big enough to let go of me

It is, but unfortunately they keep running them because they get more positive reviews than negative ones.

I see the racism, but I also see the truth in advertising. I mean, when you have technical problems and you call the 800 number, that is who you are going to get.
