Picked up this little mouse from BestBuy over the weekend and just hooked it up today. My old one came with the 'puter and Emma cat finished it off by jumping up on the table behind the monitor, worked around the speakers and knocked a beverage over on the mousepad.
This, along with a new padded wrist mousepad is wonders for my fingers/wrist. Forward/back buttons that click with the thumb. The scroll wheel toggles sideways so
you don't need the arrow keys on the keyboard.
This little mouse glides around effortlessly on the pad, too. Great little mouse for anyone
wanting to upgrade.

Nice. XD I'm liking Logitech again. I was a big fan of Microsoft mice but after picking up the MX Revolution I'm a new convert.
![]() Make sure it's set like so for zoom: Oh, oops, here I was posting a screenshot of my mouse config and we don't even have the same one. XD I think for yours you'll just have to hold Ctrl and move the scroll wheel while on a web page. Zoom is just for web pages, not the whole screen. |

Logitech rocks. I bought a Microsoft infrared cordless mouse to use with my laptop at home about a year and a half ago. Stupid design...the only way to turn off power was to remove USB receiver from computer and park it back in its fitted dock on mouse bottom. Mouse stopped working reliably after a few drops off my lap, and required frequent reset of mouse and receiver to work. Earlier this year, I got a Logitech wireless laser mouse at work. The USB received slides into a slot on mouse bottom, and it has a clever little angled notch that, as you slide the receiver in, "grabs" the little power switch and slides it to the off position. Next time you pull it out, it turns the mouse back on the same way. Of course, if you want, you can easily turn the mouse off manually, leaving the receiver in the compoter.
I asked for a Logitech for Christmas to use at home, and my son got me one. Love it!!!
Jack, that MX Revolution does look awesome...maybe if I get some stimulus money...

I have a plain-jane Logitech mouse for my crappy laptop. I actually looked at some of the wireless ones while shopping for this one. Being a desktop, I figured if I have to plug the reciever in a usb port, might as well just use that port for a wired mouse........and not worry about batteries.

I used to have one for my old desktop, and it worked great. No more of those little balls to deal with.
