As if we don't get enough of this skank on TV, we're now assaulted by Flo over the radio. As if she wasn't annoying enough on her own, she has some irritating jingle singers basically repeating what she says...but in SONG! That black object you see flying over Times Square is not a UFO, it's the radio from my job.

I have the radio come on when I'm trying to wake up in the morning. This forum makes me think (or at least hope) that I'm not the only 40-something, college educated guy who sticks a finger in his ear to avoid hearing something he doesn't like.
Truly hellish is when that saccharine "Live from Progressive" comes on right as I get a charlie horse!

OMG do I hate Flo.
 I listen online to a sports station during work and they go to commercial about every 15 minutes and they play "Live from Progressive" every. single. time. It's so bad that I have to turn the volume down every time I hear those singers chime in. They only play a handful of ads on streaming radio and they just play them over and over to the point where I have them memorized. It's torture. "You're gonna get some savings, savings, savings" "What do you mean? It's a chopper. Choppers are sweet!" "It's the white man of keeping cash in your pocket" "Astronauts will say 'I can see the Snapshot discount from way up hurr'" "Is this Bill and Bob from A-Nother Insurance Company? *BUSTED*" "Have you tried making pecan pie? *It can get soupy*" |

Flo gets on my nerves now. She's like Phineas and Ferb--once she was cute, but as soon as she became the near face of Progressive, she bugged me. P&F used to be kinda cute, until they made Perry the Platypus practically the mascot of it and the Kim Possible World Adventure exhibit was taken down in favor of Perry's World Adventure at WDW. He isn't the only secret agent, you know...
...but that's just my rambling.
