Just saw this one the other day.
Maybe the three of them need the work, but whatever...I enjoyed seeing Rebecca, Cliff and Norm back at Cheers.

I'm surprised the old set still exists.

Doesn't look like Norm and Cliff have had anything to do with Jenny Craig or any other weight loss program.

The least either of those two coulda done is dye their hair back to it's original color so watching them wouldn't make us all feel so friggin ancient.

I understand that the "bar" has been restored to its original (even includes Sam's telephone) and is on display at some Museum of Television.  As of the date of this article (8/14), it seems that this museum will be located in Los Angeles.

Anyway, maybe that's where they filmed the commercial.

And...do we really want Norm to slim down?

Of course we don't.

Celebrities who are known and loved for being fat and jolly owe it to their fans and the public to stay just the way we remember them. That's why I said they should've dyed their hair before doing that commercial.

Even if it's not as healthy for them to remain fat and might possibly take a few years off their lives, they should ignore that and put our feelings and memories first. Because like I said, they owe it to us, dammit!!!

Besides, anytime some formerly tubby celebrity loses weight and gets all slim and trim, it just looks weird.

Case in point, Drew Carey...

... I don't even know who that skinny guy is and he no longer makes me feel comfy and at ease anymore like he used to when his chubbiness made him appear good natured, affable and non-threatening.

I always thought Kirstie was pretty hot during her thinner days.

Even Aunt Jemima!  I won't eat her pancakes now that she got thin.  Actually, I wouldn't eat them when she was fat either.  I don't like those things.  Cooked vomit.

She definitely was, but given the choice, I'd have taken Shelly Long any day.

Cooked vomit slathered with melted butter and maple syrup, thank you very much.
