Integrated ads making many videos unloadable

   Anyone else have this problem? Sometimes I have to refresh like 10 times just to get the damn ad loaded; sometimes I can't watch my video at all because I have to wait for the damn ad server to load (and for an ad I've seen a billion times before, to boot). My Internet connection is excellent, BTW, so it's due to a faulty ad server on their part. 

I know the progress of ads is inevitable, but I sure wish there was a way we could ask for a way we could somehow skip ads we've already seen once, or at least be able to expect a minimum standard of fluid advertising where the servers are less resource-heavy.
