Hi gang,With some frightening database wrangling (resulting in a 5 minute shutdown of the forum)I have added India's entire IP range to our ban list.Please let me know if you experience any new problems.Also please make sure you keep reporting any spam.I always check the IP to see where it's coming from.If the India ban is a success, I'll be adding China.Cheers,ForumAdmin

What kind of incident lead up to this, ForumAdmin? Is it something you can talk about?
Would it in line with others' experience with India, over the past couple of years?

When we get spam I check the IP to see where it comes from.
I'm no statistician but a pattern did indeed emerge.
It's nearly 100% from India and Asia.
Where they don't show US TV commercials.

As you are also well-aware, China, in particular, has VERY rigid rules and protocols, and is blocking a lot - which means they are probably 'peeking' (no pun intended) around a lot.
Russia appears on a lot of lists, from what I've read...

Maybe China PR will block this site before you ban there ip, due to the fact the site origins is US, witch most US sites are banned in China. Plus, you can express your opinions here! And China doesn't let people express people's opinions since China is a communist country.
