This ad really cuts to the horrible chase. Literally a few seconds of what CLL is, then "it may not work w/ everyone"... the rest of the sh*t medication ad - as usual - a long list of it's horrible side effects.

It never mentions any benefits of this pill.
What's the point of this ad except wasting our time? Even if I had leukemia, I'd question this crap commercial.

why the f**k would anybody take that with the list of deadly consequences 

These Pharma ads blow my mind 

Its such brainwashing the way they say Death and serious Bleeding etc. with that 

creepy happy sentimental music playing

dang this is a cancer medicine that interferes with the growth and spread of cancer cells in the body.... i copy/paste the def, don't think i went all doc on ya

really tho, how many dying "customers" do you really need to reach that you need a commercial for this stuff. i get some of the others like the arthritis, heartburn & heck even the HIV ones but gosh dang way one for everything!

Except - and here's the thing that bugs me about all of these ads - in most if not all circumstances, YOUR DOCTOR(S) will decide what medications to prescribe. I can't for a minute believe that any doctor would decide to write a prescription for Imbruvica - or any other drug for that matter - simply because a patient saw a commercial. It just doesn't make any sense.

Yeah. I once asked my cardiologist if I should be on a prescription blood thinner.

His reply:
"Why? Would you like to be?"

His way of saying no without actually saying no.
