It's kind of fitting to see him shilling for a place people have to turn to when they hit rock bottom.  I get the impression he's doing the ad to pay off the couch and TV he got from them--I suspect Gary Coleman did the payday loan commercials for the same reason.

He sounds like an aggressive drunk with his slurred speech.  Sad think is, he's probably totally clean and sober.
