Just got it today, and so far, I don't feel I've wasted my money.

The pull-up/dip/sit-up/push-ups bar (yes, it can be used for ALL of those) is great. I'm able to put it in the doorframe and take it back down easily (though it'd be easier if I weren't so short LOL ), and no need to drill holes to set it up.  It's a bit of a pain to put together, though.

And since it has a weight limit of 250lbs, I wouldn't recommend using it for pull-ups/chin-ups for anyone above that weight. For me, though , it's good.

The rotating push-up things are okay, but don't lock in place like the type advertised on tv (that's a different brand), but I guess in a way that's good...forces you to pay more attention to form, I guess.  I find the bar more useful for pushups right now--I like it since it doesn't hurt my wrists

Haven't much exerience using the toning wheel  yet, (I'll eventually start using it) but I've used something similar back when it was almost everywhere on tv infomercials.

The pull-up bar has straps that can be used for core training, and another strap for assisting in pull-ups --which I'll probably have to use, since I just found out I can't do pull-ups/chin-ups worth a cr*p with my skinny arms. LOLLOLLOL  (that WILL change, though)

There's a workout chart which shows various exercises that can be done, a workout dvd, and even a book with an 8-week meal plan. I probably won't use the book that much , but those three things are good to have, anyway.

Anyway, as I said, even though I've had it only for a few hours (I've already been using it for pushups, and TRYING to use it for pull-ups/chin-ups lol), I like it.

(maybe I should update this post a few weeks after using more of the product?  )

Will you be including steroids in your plan?  I understand they work really well.

Hell, no.  ....Only steroids I ever used was a nasal spray my doctor prescribed for my sinus probs (the spray had some steroid stuff in it)...does that count? Or maybe it doesn't count since I don't use that spray anymore LOL

Besides, everyone knows the coolest way to build muscle quickly is to get a sword from a lady in an old castle, hold up the sword and shout "BY THE POWER OF GRAYSKULL!" Big%20smile

LOL

I wonder if overuse of nasal steroids makes your nose all massive and pumped up.  In that case, I'm glad I refained.  My nose is big enough.  LOL
