I'm wondering if they are going to change the name of the show?

Seems that they now have actually replaced Charlie with his long lost lesbian daughter now that Angus T Jones has flown the coop.

With a lesbian replacing Jake, there's really no reason to change the name.

Jake has been absentee besides the daily video conference updates, so no big loss there.

Last nights episode wasn't that memorable, it's getting boring now, it's lost it's shine.

This went from being one of my favorite shows, to one that I don't even consider watching anymore.  I tried watching Kutcher a few times, but it wasn't working for me.  I figured it wouldn't.  Didn't like him in That 70s Show, either.  But at least there, there was a cast of enough people so that he wasn't so omnipresent.

I wasn't aware if it was still running or not. Still had a good run. Over 8 years!
My name is Donathan, pronounced the same way you pronounce Jonathan, except with a D.😀 Hitting on a Lesbian who speaks to you and about you like trash means you're REALLY desperate! 😀

Seeing as how I stopped watching it long ago, this news doesn't mean anything to me.

12 seasons.  That puts it up there as one of the longest running comedies.  I finally quit watching last year.  After Charlie Sheen left, it became pretty tired.  I gave it a shot, but it just didn't work for me.

Recently, I caught one of the earlier episodes, from the first few seasons.  It used to be a very funny show.  It's come a long way from its roots.

Saw the last episode, the ending was disappointing. Jake stopped by that was great!

The last two seasons were nothing but a big money grab for everyone involved.

The network cashing in off of Kutcher's name & (inexplicable) popularity & the actors grabbing one final opportunity to rake in as much as they could.

And though it is unfortunately doubtful that we've seen the last of Ashton Kutcher, let's at least hope that we'll never have to see John Cryer again.

Or Angus T. "Luckiest Fat kid In History" Jones either for that matter.

Exactly.

Mila getting preggers saved him (a good excuse for him to quit before his career became even more crippled, though he'll never get the Jon Cryer stains off.)

I still like my series finale idea better:
Charlie suddenly wakes up, says  "What a horrible nightmare!", grabs a pistol from a drawer, walks into the next room.  We hear "Hey Alan!", then <bang> <bang>.  Charlie comes back into room, tosses pistol onto dresser, gets back into bed, and as he closes his eyes to go back to sleep, says "Should have done that years ago."

Because I watched every episode from before Charlie Sheen quit, I watched the Ashton Kutcher years.  I really tried to stick it out until the end, but by the middle of last season, I couldn't take it anymore.  I guess the fact that I was trying to stick it out until the end is a hint that I shouldn't have bothered.  They should have ended it right after Charlie was gone.

Frankly the show jumped the shark when they started rehashing the same plot points like Charlie meets girl, Charlie sleeps with girl, Charlie does something incredibly stupid, Charlie loses girl. When Charlie left and was replaced by Kutcher it was pretty entertaining but then again it got predictable and I stopped watching. The show was a its best when Jake was a little kid. When he got older it got boring. Plus John Crier got repetitive and predictable. Honestly I hope I never ever see him again! He was stupid and annoying.

They should have canceled Two And A Half men when Charlie Sheen was no longer in the show. It was Gold with Charlie. It was cow's sh*t when he was no longer there. Ashton Kutcher was actually funny in That 70's Show and Punk'd show, but annoying in TAAHM...

Agreed. Still miss watching Two and a Half Men each week with Charlie, Alan, and Jake when he was about 11. That was hilarious in the first 6-7 seasons. Jumped the shark a little in the 8th and only saw 1 or 2 funny moments in the whole 9th season. Hardly ever watch the non-Charlie shows.
Back after a long absence...still hating those commercials. Go away Limu Emu and Doug!

I knew TAAHM was wobbling around on ok it's last legs when Angus T. Jones begged viewers to stop watching. You know a show has gotten bad when one of the stars tells you not to watch. Also, Alan allowing Lindsay to use him for sex, knowing she was already married was disturbing. The fact that Writers made Alan be friends with her husband was even more disturbing.
