What's stopping you? Sing the song as you stab Jared to death, just be sure to post the video on YouTube for the rest of us.

I'll hit Jared with a $5 Foot-Long.

I also think that term seems weird, like sexual.Confused

I'm pretty sure that's the undertone they're going for, even if they won't admit it. Disapprove

No need to, it's quite blatantly obvious.

I know of an environmentally unsafe place within jared's body we could store every one of those 5 dollar footlongs............looks like another ad writer came to work with a horribble cocaine or alcohol hangover writing this dandy.

Would it be considered gay food porn if someone stuck a 5 dollar footlong in a Quiznos talking oven?

If they did, I'm sure it would have went something like this.

"OoooOOh NOooOO. This footlong is so small, so skinny. Only Quizno's tasty torpedoes are can fill me up and get toasty in my oven"

Have you SEEN these commercials? The Barry White voice saying "stick it in me" that is oozing with sexual innuendo? The porn music in the background? C'mon, get serious, it's not people here, it's the creators of the commercials that create that sexuality....

"Sex sells!" Sometimes people use sex to sell the wrong things out of desperation...

Yeah, I can't really think of *any* other possible intent for the Quizno's ad. They didn't even make an attempt to give it another level ... you know, one that makes sense, rather than making you want to saw open your head and cut out the part of your brain that remembers this ad?

The campaign is so incredibly obnoxious that it makes one wonder whether the target market is of below normal I.Q. or if it is corporate sabotage from within.

I once knew this guy who worked the camera for Subway ads. He said they were shooting Jared one day and when he walked in everyone was like "WTF? how did you gain all that weight?" Apparently he gained a lot of weight between commercial takes. My friend said they made him use a special lens that makes everything appear smaller so he would look much thinner than he was. I'm sure this is used much more than we know about.

These ads get on my last nerve's last nerve. I especially hate the one where they have those tone-deaf fartknockers attempting to sing the song in their own style. I can't push the mute button fast enough when this one comes on.

Speaking of porn sandwich commercials, I'd hate to think about the mayonnaise they use. Is it the real thing or made of "special" ingredients? Dead

To me, these tone-deaf buttsnoipes "sing" like American Idol rejects - as if Simon Cowell had just finished reading them the riot act regarding their performances on that program. CryDeadDeadCry

OH $#!T that includes ME! Oh well see you in Costa Rica!!!LOL

I would like to point out that prior to these commercials where those stupid trivia commercials with the monkey. So it is an improvement.

But I do agree, why show me people singing when they can't SING!

I tried subway once. I was so pissed off, I decided not to go back. Twenty years later, I thought to give them another chance. I should have got a clue when I was the only one in the place. The two workers desperation was clear. I ordered a sandwich, and the guy asked, "would you like a drink and chips with that?" I said no. He asked me two more times! I had to raise my voice, "NO, I don't want a drink or chips!!" I saw the guy making my sandwich. He was getting these 1/2" square pieces of beef and placing them on the bread, one by one. I knew that his making a big production out of it meant that I was going to get very little beef. The guy behind the register told me the price; seven something, I think. I was confused at first, as the amount he was asking for was much more than the sandwich. As the truth dawned on me, I got really pissed. I asked, "did you charge me for a drink and chips?" He said yes. I said, "I told you three times already, I don't want a drink or chips, what's wrong with you, you don't want me to come back?!!"
That was about ten years ago. I hate that place. Togo's is so much better, anyway.
SUBWAY SUCKS! FOD!
