A classic well-fitting suit is timeless. I guarantee it.
Besides, corpses need classic, well-fitting suits, too.

Cali and Oregon and Washington too. But what's more interesting is the blatant resurrection that this thread received. Full on necromancy here.

I cannot think of one place I've been where I haven't seen this commercial.
And yea - I travel just to watch T.V.

Men's Wearhouse is also in IL and NY. We see the raspy voiced commercials all the time.

Men's Wearhouse is based in Houston. I always thought they were local to the San Francisco Bay Area, because they sponsored most of the sports teams' TV and radio broadcasts, and always seemed to advertise during local news.

You mean this commercial is national?! I thought it was just in the Philly area; it just has that "local" feel to it. Anyway, I LIKE the voice, I think it's kind of sexy, too.

Believe it or not 'Warehouse' is also spelled incorrectly, as far as this company is concerned. It's 'Mens WEARhouse.' Between this guy's business, and the now-defunct 'Wherehouse' record-store chain in the Bay Area, I couldn't spell 'warehouse' correctly for years!

Thank you, Holly. And Thor has it right. When it's in the title, which shows up on the forums page all the time, yes. Wright, Hooty.

I'm with Faith on that. Especially when it's in the title of the thread. I'm used to it in the posts.

I forgot about Matthews, "Top of the Hill, Daly City". They used to give away bikes with their electronics, I recall.

Can't someone please fix the title of this thread? It's Raspy, not Wraspy.

Thor, I didn't see this until just now (it was posted when I was leaving for Jersey when my Dad was sick). Yes, Paul of "de Dimond Center." And "Hi, Kids! Ed Barbar, President of Furniture USA!" Of course, there was also Stephen Matthew David of Matthews' electronics (I can't remember if it was just "Matthews'") "Top of the Hill, Daly City." Ah, memories. Those were all back when you were the doorman at The Other Cafe, and I was pretty new to San Francisco. |

No, the guy from Home Improvement is the guy from the old Hillshire Farms commercials they did a few years before that stupid Go Meat campaign. |
