This chick's been doing TV for a quite a long time. I even remember once... I think it was in the late 80's... I saw two commercials for two different products, back-to-back, with her in them! LOL But usually the ads she does aren't annoying. Not to me, anyway...

She was also the host of CNN's "World Beat."

Ha. She's the Keds lady from the late 80's.
I always thought she was this lady:

Tracy Pollan.

All I know is, I've always liked her a lot. Forgetting everything else, she has one of the great voices on TV, ever. In one commercial she used the phrase "Enough, already," which is a perfectly casual little phrase, and ever since then it's sounded titillating to me!

She's been around forever. However, she's a bit of a right-winger. She did a show on Fox News Channel (always a blow to credibility) and recently did a series of ads shilling for the oil companies.

I'd say that adds to her credibility.

Hopefully, when Obama tanks, the right wing will be the only one left.

I've never heard her do political stuff, and if I did, I'd still just listen to the voice. Talk about crossing political boundaries.
