i think underwhelming is a good adjective
When the NFL FOR the NFL is near tops its pretty bleak
Sopranos & Lebowski themed ads pretty great but anything Serena Williams sullies gets low grade for me
...YUMMY Broccolini!!....

Super Bowl commercials went downhill and stopped being funny and entertaining when they started taking themselves and everything else seriously.

Not allowed to be funny anymore because they might offend someone.
...the ads take aim and lay their claim to the heart and the soul of the spender

My favorites this year were the Disney+ ad with the goat Disney characters, the Toyota one with the Jones's and Jonas's, the NFL ad with the video game players coming to life, the E*TRADE ad with the return of the baby, the Frito-Lay one with the animals eating Flamin' Hot Doritos and Cheetos and rapping to "Push It", and the Kia one with the dogs, which was very heartwarming.

The one that really confused me and so many others was the Coinbase one with the QR code bouncing around like a screensaver Pacman style, but the ad appeared to do its job as Coinbase's website crashed within minutes of the ad airing. It shows how ads are meant to get people's attention.

On the other hand, my father told me he plans to watch the new Lord of the Rings series coming out on Prime Video as he loves the novels and the films.

Halle Berry's Cleopatra cleavage is always nice.

Sopranos ad gave me chills.

Larry David was ok.

Everything else stunk.

I didn't see any of the Super Bowl nor their commercials.

Cincinnati Bengals blew-it and if they don't watch out...they'll be 0-4 in Super Bowls like the Vikings and Bills!
Thank God for kids who love Obscure Things.
