Boy was he in a ton of good stuff. 'Blade Runner' with Harrison Ford, 'Ladyhawke' with Matthew Broderick, 'Escape from Sobibor', even 'Batman Begins.' May he RIP. CryCryCryCry

Back after a long absence...still hating those commercials. Go away Limu Emu and Doug!

Now this was a shock to read - thanks for posting.
Yes, the ultimate bad guy in one of the most visually-impressive movies I've ever experienced, thus no matter where else I ever saw him, I immediately thought 'Blade Runner', often forgetting the 'Blade Runner' himself, Harrison Ford.

RIP and a huge Thank You, Mr. Hauer.

Only 75 y/o, too.

I always wonder when these celebrities die so young, if they abused themselves with drugs in their youth and if that had anything to do with it.

RIP to him.

Oh come on, now!
We've even lost people younger than 75 and drugs (to the best of our knowledge) were not involved.
Some look at the irresponsible-side of the coin and believe drugs help them CARE-LESS with LOW-STRESS-means-LIVE-LONGER.  The 'Mr. Hyde'-mentality.
