I've found some of Flo's past radio commercials mildly amusing, but this latest series, in which she recites some of the most idiotic poetry ever penned in front of an audience (which, shockingly, applauds instead of pelting her with tomatoes), is just a whole new level of annoying. When I listen to repeats of the old "American Top 40" shows with Casey Kasem, I swear there's one of these in every commercial break.
Given that Floetry is also the name of an R&B group, one prays that Progressive gets slapped with a C&D letter soon and is forced to take these abominations off the air! |

totally right...I just tweeted the real Floetry's manager [I think], because I just heard the ad here in stlouis. appalling. If enough Floetry fans called Progressive to complain, we might have some influence.

I've heard these ads for months now. Horrible, I usually tune them out before she starts her spiels. Can Flo please go away!? You've worn out your welcome too long.

I agree... she's like "The Simpsons" or Elmo! Nothing but cash-cows! I even made fun of Flo in this faux commercial I made! https://m.soundcloud.com/paul-mrcleveland-warren/agressive-mixdown2 |
