WHY is Stewie Griffin no. 1? Why? And Lois certainly doesn't belong on here.

I used to like the characters on Drawn Together.  Drawn Together was an animated parody of MTV's Real World, and featured a buncha characters that resembled more famous ones...'cept way more twisted.

Princess Clara had an octopus living in her "pussois".

Her retarded sister Blehhh who had a really hot body, used to make guest appearances.

Master Shake - Aqua Teen Hunger Force
Klaus - American Dad
Brak - Space Ghost, The Brak Show
Eustace - Courage the Cowardly Dog  (The wife and I both joke that I'm going to be like that when I'm old.)LOL
Entrèe and Peri - Spliced

I'm sure there's more, but there's a few.

Say something clever here...

No, I'm too lazy. Imagine it yourself.

How did Tina rank so low?

Lois definitely shouldn't be there. She's the straight man 99% of the time.

I saw a list featuring Family Guy characters and I immediately tuned out.

Melancholy in their cries
Devoid of all the passion

Well, Stewie IS the only Griffin that constantly makes me laugh on Family Guy so I can see why he is high on the list. Number One though? :/ Plus, Charlie Brown really isn't funny to me. He seems more on The Downer side to me. I never really thought Bugs Bunny was all that funny either. Bugs Bunny was more of a Troll than funny. I got more of a laugh from Daffy Duck. DD, now that's a funny character. "You're despicable!" was funny and Daffy's face ending up in his mouth were hilarious. Why people find Bugs more funny than Daffy is beyond me.
My name is Donathan, pronounced the same way you pronounce Jonathan, except with a D.😀 Hitting on a Lesbian who speaks to you and about you like trash means you're REALLY desperate! 😀

Okay, so I'm not alone in thinking that Charlie Brown really isn't funny.

Your replies are usually a little bit off.  Other times, waaaay off.

In this case, you still seem not to get it.  Charlie Brown's character wasn't written to be funny.  It's not as if he fails to be funny; it's that he succeeds in being not funny (whimsical, maybe but not funny).  He's supposed to be insecure and introspective.  I don't think you're understanding that.

Even when I was 10, I never expected him to be funny.

Good grief Thor. Good grief. I was just pointing out the irony of Charlie being on a list of Funniest Animated Characters when he really isn't funny.

Charlie Brown who isn't really funny ending up on a list of Funniest Animated Characters isn't irony? Yes it is.

No, it isn't.  It might be absurd or silly, but it's not ironic.  That's not what "irony" is.

If Charlie Brown was on the list, then your original comment was valid.

He isn't funny at all. He's sad and that's why so many people identified with him.

He represented the kinds of failures in life most people experience.

Of course, he didn't gamble away all his money then tell strangers about it.

More like just an arguable choice for the list.

Yeah, but I was trying to find a good humor-related word.

Now, if I was trying to find a good humor truck, they're all over the 'net.

OK, Jonathan except with a D...an example of "ironic" would be Robin Williams' suicide.

Robin Williams suicide was not ironic. It was just a plain sad tragedy. Ironic is Redd Foxx dying in real life of a heart attack after joking about dying of a heart attack for roughly 7 years as Fred Sanford in Sanford And Son.
