After watching a few minutes of this (yet another) pointless quiz show, I had a few questions of my own:
"How did this piece of crap get on the air?" (Must have been a TP advertiser involved, somehow...)
"How did they trick a studio audience into sitting through this?" (Probably offered them free booze and T-shirts, right? But I'm thinking they are all mostly CGI.)
"Can I switch channels fast enough?" (Fortunately my finger twitched fast enough on it's own before I could think to do it myself. Thank you, twitchin' channel-switchin' finger.) That is about all the questions about this show that I could take before moving on (& not looking back...)

A friend of mine told me she was watching that.
I had never heard of it before. Sounds PDS. |

I have seen it. Richard Quest (from CNN International) is the host. British guy, very bombastic. I can still hear him saying "WRONG!!" in my head, because that's what he does every time somebody doesn't know the question in 10 seconds.
And by the way, the show might be FIVE HUNDRED QUESTIONS...but has anyone even gotten to 400? Hell no. I call this show a failure. My family hates this show. As for other quality entertainment, last night The Briefcase, I Can Do That!, Bullseye and Celebrity Wife Swap were on other various networks. The big 4 networks are increasing my love for HBO and Cinemax! -crainbebo

They're increasing my love of PBS & the classic rerun channels like MeTV & Antenna TV. Pretty much all I ever watch these days. When the day comes I run out of things to watch on those networks, I'll get rid of my TV & just not watch anything anymore. |

This quiz show is back, and I figured out why. Nobody is watching TV for the 2 weeks it is on (except for captive audiences like recovering hospital patients, prison inmates, and people with remotes with dead batteries), so all it is is airtime filler.
Also, from the few seconds I've watched while changing VCR tapes, the contestants come across as smarmy arrogant know-it-alls that you'd like to see get beaten up by the bullies they went to school with every time they miss a question...
