The one good thing I have to say, I 'really appreciate' they took down the "Appreciate" commercial.
My question is, how can this multi-billion dollar company make such sh!tty ads, all of the time?

Thanks for posting this aka ron. I saw this on TV and was relieved it wasn't one of the other obnoxious ones. I don't like the guy in this one though. He's...blech.
Lily fans must be disappointed. She's behind a counter which hides her legs. |

Well I'll put it to you this way - when I see this commercial and she says she doesn't think she has any angles, all that comes to my gutter ridden mind is "No angles is okay - it's your curves that I'm interested in." |

I did a search, she can be quite provocative.
I'd hit it.

[QUOTE=aka ron] The one good thing I have to say, I 'really appreciate' they took down the "Appreciate" commercial.
My question is, how can this multi-billion dollar company make such sh!tty ads, all of the time? QUOTE] Answer: They are the experts in things that are sh!tty. It logically follows that they would have sh!tty ads too. Frankly, I would rather they pump money into their customer service training, than try to improve their ads. BTW: In the mouseprint: "Data rollover expires after one month." So in essence, this whole commercial is about a one-time 7GB allowance, since that is the most you could ever carry over from one month to the next. Or, put another way: If you used every GB you paid for, you would have nothing to roll over, and then this promotion is pretty much moot. And if you saved (banked) a whole month to rollover into the next..., well, didn't you already pay for that 7GB too? There's no "action" here. Only funny money and time shifting. |

My guess:
Mark Cuban owns a lot of AT&T stock. Plus, AT&T's corporate offices are in Dallas. Not too hard to connect the dots on that one. |

No, I like it, too...I just hope it's not the same one you like. It'd be hard to share. |

I detest Mark Cuban. He's one of those guys that make me wish they'd make TV's to put a blue dot or something on the screen to cover people's faces. He's just so creepy.

As a person, I have nothing against Milana Vayntrub (the actress who plays Lily). But, I do detest the commercials she is in.

Back from an unexpected hiatus. Time to rip ads a new one all over again.

Funny you mentioned that, because I heard he's gonna be in Sharknado 3 which comes out later this year. I'm sure you heard about the phenomenal garbage that was the first Sharknado - one of those terribly bad movies, but taken to an even terribly higher level. It's a Sy-Fy Original, so that should tell you all you need to know Needless to say his acting "skill" or lack thereof should fit right in. |

I see his father was an automobile upholsterer and his grandfather sold food from the back of trucks. Mark himself started his business career selling garbage bags at the age of 12. Pretty privileged there, huh? |
