Can anyone help? For the life of me, I don't know what this is about. I saw it while watching Fox Business News at 5am.
I thought, at first, that it was an ad for a movie. Then I thought it was for a video game. But they were talking about nutrition. What movie or video game addresses nutrition? So, I went to the website, and still couldn't figure it out. There's a "trailer" for what appears to be a movie. But you can star in it. Somehow. Even though these scenes already have been "starred in". This is what the website says:
Ever dream of being an action hero? Now you have the chance! Pick a scene. Follow the instructions. And bring out the action hero in you. All it takes are some awesome moves and supercharged foods, which you can learn about in the next few tabs. The more energized your video is, the better chance you have to be in the movie!
But then, there are scenes you can select to "act out", and the more scenes you act out, the greater your chance to "star" (in what, I don't know).
So, I clicked on a scene called "Robot Army", and it directed me to a Kidz Bop website. On the page, it says this:
The Greatest Action Movie Ever: Scene 7
Kidz Bop is proud to support the goals of First Lady Michelle Obama's Let's Move initiative. You can do your part by bringing out the action hero in you with awesome moves and supercharged foods. The Greatest Action Movie Ever (G.A.M.E.) campaign invites kids of ALL ages to join the Action Hero Alliance and "bring out the action hero in YOU!" With the help of KIDZBOP.com, G.A.M.E. is forming a nationwide casting call inviting kids to audition for the first-ever movie that puts YOU in the action. Physical activity and eating well are key to the plot, and through awesome moves and supercharged foods, you can use your ultimate potential and be like your favorite heroes!
This is so damned convoluted, I can't tell what it actually is. I realize it has something to do with obesity prevention, but what, how, where? And, sitting at a computer, "starring" in something or other, is supposed to do what exactly for childhood obesity? This whole thing looks like it was concocted by someone on crystal meth (which, I guess, is one way of dealing with obesity).
Anyway, here's the commercial:

I have no clue. The NFL has a series going about getting kids outside for 60 minutes.

I can tell you one thing the clips are from the movie X-men First Class, the rest of it I don't know.

Interesting...and just adds another layer of confusion to the whole thing.
