There was a pretty nasty wreck at Indy earlier today, Dixon could have been seriously injured but luck was on his side. At about 1:30 is a good slow motion view.

Don't know why.

Just felt right.

LOLMust be one of those days where you feel like you HAVE to kill something, anything...so why not 'couch calories'? What could *possibly* be worse than DEATH WISH 4? Well...YOU found it!

Spacey version.  I was interested in the British version but I had too much spoiled at some point.  Ah well.

ConfusedOuch
I worked all night and now I'm slipping in and out of darkness as 'Poble, Pero Honroda la India Maria' is babbling at me. An old movie and the remote is on the floor...right there near my feet...what will make the babbling stop??!!!! Yea, yea - I know - this is the Spanish movie about honest  people and a little Indian squaw with her little bebe in a rebozo...and el control remoto esta en el piso!

I gotta change the channel before I accidentally learn any more Spanish...

TWO NIGHTS AGO I was watching possibly one of the BEST mental 'train wrecks' I've ever seen...I SO badly want to see this again in IMAX 3D

I went to kiddygarten very close to Dunkirk - we used to go there when I was a wee wolf.
The whole area spooks you.
The movie will properly hurt your brain and leave you nervous and shaken in the manner it SHOULD.
You will not want to see it again, but you might just feel you HAVE to.
It also holds very closely to what really happened.

More strange subject matter on LaO Criminal Intent.

A woman was convinced, by another woman (posing as a man) online to apply cocaine to her...uuh, mommy part. Confused

The coke was laced with Dioxin, hence murder.

Watching an old FBI Files special episode called "Flight From Justice: The Story Of D.B. Cooper".

Apparently they think he committed a second hijack/robbery/parachute jump.

ConfusedJust saw this commercial...and I'm feeling REALLY strange. For some reason, I just don't think it was right to remake this one movie. I think I will go see it, but this really bugs me.
The original version was the Missus all-time favorite movie from the day it came out and has always been in my 'top 10'. The Missus had and I have had ND experiences, so the original was a 'must-see' but very, very hard to watch (especially the Julia Roberts scene with her father, or the Kevin Bacon 'apology'). I haven't even thought of the movie in a few years, so just thinking about it now really bothers me.
The entire original movie is available for free on Spewtube:

What are you watching right now?

Constant, non-stop, all day, all night coverage of guess what...?

Hurricane Irma.

All Irma, all the time.

Hoping it turns out to be much ado about not much.

CryNothing on the idiot box tonight...guess it is all because of hurricane Irma, today, and 9-11 remembrances, tomorrow. We're all probably better off getting some rest, ya think?
