Those "icons" are the same as the emoticons. I do see the "pukey" one you're talking about, but I don't know where it comes from.
edit: Oh wait! I see we have a few new emoticons!
   When did that happen? I've also noticed a few changes in the site (some topics are emboldened for some reason, for example). Maybe we've been updated??

Y'mean the ones available to be used in the topic line? I see there are about 12 there to choose from. The "pukey" one is not listed.
