I have a serious grievance with this guy, for absolutely no founded reason. I don't know his name. All that I know is that he has been assaulting my television with his presence.
First, he was in a Fiber One commerical. He was the customer, asking the store clerks "Where's the fiber?" in the cereal.
Then, he was in a Verizon commercial. I saw someone else mention it on the forum. He's the one who talks about grabbing his "celly" while his poor daughter looks on with obvious embarassment.
Finally, the other day, I saw him in a hotel commercial. I have no idea which one, because I was too busy yelling about how I couldn't understand why he was cast in so many things.
My husband says its probably because he looks like a typical middle-aged American male.
First of all, I didn't realise that the typical middle-aged American male looked like they were constantly on the verge of a beer belch.
Secondly, I'm not a feminist or anything, but if they were to start casting roles in commercials with middle-aged females who looked as slovenly as this guy, there would be an outrage.
I would like to know what is so special about this guy, that he is cast so often.
What I half-expected to see instead of the Fiber-One commercial -
Customer: "Excuse me. There's no fiber in this".
Clerk: "Of course not, sir. That's a six-pack of Bud Light and a bag of pork rinds".

Good job, Madawheeeeee! (Can't help it. I love saying, "Wheeeeee!" Especially driving down the big ol' hills in San Francisco when I have someone in the passenger seat. Haha.)

Oh that's cool! This name actually morphed from my REAL name (Madeleine) with an animal shelter I donate to "The Bide-A-Wee" home. My cousin came up with Madawee and it just stuck for decades!

There's a guy named BILL FIORE, who I think was in every other commercial made during the 60s and 70s. (Yeah, I'm that old!) If anybody has ever been in more commercials than he has, I'd like to know who it is. Anybody know who I am talking about? I tried to find a pic of him online, but had no luck. |

Seems easier to find a photo of Kathryn Fiore - Bill's Daughter, than of Bill.

Wasn't he the guy who whined "MONA!" in those classic Right Guard commercials?

YES, that's him in the Nyquil commercial, just as I remember him and yes, he's the one who yelled "MONA!" I'm really curious as to how many commercials he WAS in, I know he was in a hell of a LOT of them.
