Fake moron doctor

There's a prescription commercial (I forget for what)where at the end, instead of the announcer doing the disclaimers blurb, there is a guy who is supposed to be a doctor, talking to his male patient telling him all the bad things about this drug. He's spouts the same verbatim disclaimers they always use, like it is supposed to sound so much more genuine coming from a supposed doctor, but instead it sounds twice as stupid:

"You shouldn't take {whatever} if you have liver problems..." (Hello??? You're my doctor and you're not aware if I have liver problems or not???)

"..Or if you are pregnant or thinking of becoming pregnant.." (Hey doc, remember that dangly thing you were hanging onto when you told me to turn my head and cough?? I figure they would have taught you this in Biology 101 at Med School, but I really don't think there is too much chance of me getting pregnant!)

I was half expecting him to finish with "Ask your doctor...oh wait, that's me!...if {whatever} is right for you!"

All Rx commercials should die!!!

That is the worst acting I've seen in a commercial in a long time.

these are so dumb and they always seem to come on when I'm eating.
