I saw this one, it's pretty dumb. A guy is making the cat chase a laser pointer dot, when his friends tape a bag of Doritos on a RC car and make him chase it around. It's pretty damned dumb. I guess it would be funny if I didn't hate commercials like this so much, ....butI do!!

I was wondering why the ad looked so damn cheap.

Then I realized it was a contest entry, shot with a consumer camera, with bad actors in a bad-looking location.

Saving the money for the $3 million ad slot. As usual.
Way to go, Doritos.

I would make a fart noise here
if that was possible to do with the written word.

I heard this one was created by 2 unemployed guys.

Funny!  (no, not the unemployment part - the commercial part!)

I laughed so hard, because it was un-expected...just as it was un-expected to hear it was an amateur film.  They had the two guys on the morning news and they explained their budget, but I would have liked to know where they filmed it.  Did they have to rent some office space, or someone just let them film in their office area.  I liked it due to laugh factor, but for intrinsic ability..I liked the Coca-Cola - Heist the best.  I guess cause I am an artsy-fartsy artist at heart.
plop plop fizz fizz oh what a relief it is..............
