Isn't the name, "Tater Tots™" a registered trademark of the Ore-Ida corporation?
How can this "bank" get away with using it -- especially using it on DIAPERS for God sakes?!?

Perhaps they're paying royalties to Ore-Ida for using the name; after all, Tater Tots has become a somewhat generic term for the product.

Is that a real product or something they just created for a commercial or possibly a spoof?

I can't find anything about Chimers or disposable diapers by that name anywhere.

I'm just guessing here, but maybe because it's not a real product they're allowed to use the name given that it's a fake and that has nothing to do with potatoes.

I noticed they didn't capitalize "tater tots".

Given the generic usage of the term, maybe that also has something to do with it being allowed.

Or maybe Ore-Ida and its parent company are suing the pants off of Chime as we speak.
