"I gave all my fat clothes to all my fat friends" (stop lyin', you have no friends)

"My wife even gives me one of those little winks now and then" (Wha?? You have a wife? I thought you were someone's wife, looking at you!)

-----------------------------

"I'm 48 and I play in a rock band" (You don't look like one of the Stones, and they're all over 80 now, anyway)

"I'm not afraid to take off my shirt in public" (Ah, yes; that's what life is all about, taking our shirts off in public... O.O)

"I play in a rock band" (I think he said that about 30 times already)

These commercials feature some of the most shallow and narcissistic people I have not met personally.

That's actually saying something.
"I know that human being, and fish can coexist peacefully".

If you have to brag about playing in a rock band at that age, then you never understood the music you were playing.

"I'm 49 years old, I play in a rock band, and I take my shirt off in public because I am a middle-aged narcisist with an advanced Peter Pan complex.  I kiss my pretty face in the mirror every morning, and I refuse to grow up."

I positively LOATHE this fatuous twit and I hope he ruptures a piris formis muscle.
Love endures all.

I HATE THAT GUY! I bet all his fat friends hate his flabby ass now for talking smack about them on TV.

I seriously want to throw something at my TV when it comes on...and I love my TV :(
I cringe every time I hear that "dun uh, dun uh" music they always use at the beginning of Bowflex commercials because I know that weaselface is about to appear and harp about his fat friends.

Too bad Bowflex don't fix ugly.

"My wife even gives me one of those little winks now and then" (Wha?? You have a wife? I thought you were someone's wife, looking at you!)

That reminds me of the NutriSystem commercial where the guy says, "My wife says I'm not so disgusting anymore!"  I could NOT believe that one!

Thanks :)

I have actually been here for awhile and have posted several times, but I tried to login today and I had to re-register for some reason.

I tried searching for some of my old posts and they come up but when I click on them, they don't exist. Oh well.

I'm so ashamed:  I just see that I spelled it wrong.  I must have been tired.

It's piriformis, and it is a part of the gluteal musculature.  I chose it because the guy on the ad is such a pain in the ass, I thought it was appropriate to return the favor.

That band certainly won't play songs like "Howling Furies", "Ride the Lightning", "Stand", "Orion", "Superhero", "Madhouse", or "Call of the Ktulu". Wink

Yep.  The site had to start almost anew about a week or so ago.  Long story.

That band dude probably stands in front of the mirror and jerks his pull chain, rubbing himself in butter, while heavily breathing, "I'd f**k me!! I f**k me hard!!!" Like from Silence of the Lambs! LOL

Now that 60 year old grandmother one, whew she is hot!! TOTAL G-MILF

There's this one guy, he's built good I guess but he looks like someone carved his face from an onion. Damn he's an ugly MOFO!!!

Then there's another one where someone is trying to lay a guitar solo over a pretty decent riff, but I'm thinking that if I couldn't play any better than that, I'd torch my Ibanez!!! It  sounds way out of tune to me. Instrumental music is supposed to mesh well together unless it's jazz, then you can kind of stray a little out of key on some runs, but this is rock! Keep the progression solid, learn to play the guitar in tune, or put the sum bitch back in the case!!
AW DAMN!!!! Wild Shot the friggin TV again!!!

What gets me is that ALL of the "Blowflex" {sp. intentional} commercials show people who really don't need the machine - they all appear to be in shape and reasonably well muscled.

A more true representation would be a Blowflex commercial showing a user of the machine who is a fat phucker; showing him/her slim down via time-delay filming as they use the machine over a period of time.

Gina Gershon is only slightly younger than the man in the Bowflex ads, but she can rock better than that guy ever will!  If you want to avoid watching Bowflex ads, don't watch WWE Smackdown on CW Network--their commercials seem to air at every other break!

What gets me about the Bow Flex commercials are the people who act like they've just been handed the Holy Grail in excersize equipment. So, big deal. After 20 years of sitting on your fat ass, cramming your piehole with potato chips and sucking down suds, you finally decided to get up and move. Try walking or jogging. Believe it or not, it works and it's FREE.

This just in--WWE Smackdown is moving from CW to MyNet TV this September--and undoubtedly, the Bowflex ads will move as well.  YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!  (Source:  USA Today, Life Section, Page 1, May 12, 2008)

No, BowFlex commercials are everywhere. You know when you use their equipment, you also get a tan.LOL
Before picture: pale white, frowning and a beer gut.
After picture: tan, new teeth and a six-pack gut. And just from 20 minutes a day, too.
