Sneezing in your elbow is much better than your hands. Interestingly enough as a teenager I made a logical case for doing this before it became "the thing to do" according to doctors. I mean think about it, how do we interact with the world? We touch things with our hands. You sneeze in your hands you spread those germs around, but how often does the inside of your elbow rub against a doorknob or something?
