ConfusedBefitting for XMAS day? I'll say!
Well, heck no - I don't hate this commercial. Nobody can hate Jesus, or his story, 'cept maybe people we never wanted to know, anyway. I'll say I'm confused and irritated by the new 'Bible/Jesus Rap'...nope, nope, NOPE! Not the right thing to wake up with.
Having said that, maybe this will catch a few undecided and baddies and make them a little better people.
(I'm hedging my bets, cancha tell...)

Are you and AdN calling the music "rap"?  If so, I'm not hearing it.  In fact, it's closer to Pomplamoose than it is to rap.

A far cry from rap,  typical movie drama music, it doesn't bother me.

This trailer is way too long, it may be a good movie , but I learned all this stuff being brought up Catholic.

This is a new television series, and Thor? I don't know what you would call that 'talky noise for today's teenagers'.

Since I have never intentionally listened to "rap" I don't claim to be anywhere close to an authority. "Typical movie drama music" is a good description. It looks like a decent movie but how many times does The Greatest Story Ever Told need to be told? My favorite version is Monty Python's The Life of Brian. My ex is Catholic so I have sufficient experience. I'm somehow officially a Godfather. Twice! I envy you being brought up a Catholic. I was brought up a Nazarene.
