I've seen this more than once and I said to myself "There should be a thread about how much we hate the Activia Commercials" rather than have multiple threads about this....

That's just a silly image editor trick...the computer depicted above (a CBM 8032, circa. ~1978) has a "green screen" monitor and is physically incapable of displaying full-color images.
